Our focus will be around strengthening essential movement patterns in order to improve activities of daily living and sporting performance. Our classes are limited in size to ensure a more personalized training experience. This creates an environment where form and technique are of utmost importance
We offer 3 unique classes.
A full body group class training session with a focus on strengthening the major movement groups and core strength. 1 hour
RUN CONDITIONING Class
A group class specifically designed to improve your running performance by training strength, speed, agility, and power. 1 hour
FASCIAL MANAGEMENT Class
A half hour group class where the focus is on Fascial release and stretching techniques to help improve alignment and range of motion.
Class attendance by bookings only. Space limited to 10 people per class.
