Run Conditioning :
Our Run Conditioning classes are designed to get you faster, stronger, and fitter. Whether you're about to take on your first 5km trail race, going for that elusive sub 4hr Two Oceans time, or just want to run pain free. This class provides a balance of core and lower body strengthening exercises, as well as focusing on your speed, agility, and explosive power. Regardless of your fitness level, you will learn to challenge and push yourself to new limits that you've never imagined. The class also creates an opportunity for you meet runners from around the Western Cape and build new friendships along the way.
Mobility & Conditioning:
Our Mobility and Conditioning classes provide a comprehensive full body workout that focuses on training and strengthening movement patterns that are essential for activities of daily living and sports performance. The exercise routines incorporate the best of callisthenic, resistance band, and plyometric training all packed into the space of an hour. Numbers are limited which means that our experienced trainer can keep a close eye on every individual to ensure that all exercises are done correctly and safely. These classes will not only improve your quality of life, but reduce your risk of injury as well.
Fascial Management (Coming soon) :
Our Fascial Management class will teach you the correct way to foam roll, floss, and stretch away those stiff joints and muscles and improve your overall range of motion. Not everyone has the time or money to book regular sports massages. This class will provide you with an opportunity to learn proper fascial release and stretching techniques. This low intensity class runs for half an hour which means you can squeeze it into your lunch break and return to your afternoon shift feeling rejuvenated.
